Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 3-7 business days after payment has been received. Processing times may vary during holidays, restocks, product launches, or periods of high order volume.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package size, and shipping method selected.
Estimated delivery times are provided as guidelines only and are not guaranteed. Delivery delays may occur due to:

NOHO BASE is not responsible for shipping delays once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier.
Domestic & International Shipping
NOHO BASE currently ships to select domestic and international destinations.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or additional fees that may apply upon delivery based on local regulations.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that your shipping address and contact information are accurate before placing your order.
NOHO BASE is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses provided by the customer.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Please inspect your order upon arrival.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, NOHO BASE is not liable for shipping carrier delays, lost packages, or delivery issues outside of our control. However, we will do our best to assist customers in resolving shipping-related concerns whenever possible.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Items must include original packaging and tags
- Proof of purchase is required
